eBay Transactions
The eBay Transactions page lists all financial transactions of your eBay account: sales, refunds, fees, disputes and transfers. Each transaction is assigned to its payout and — where available — to the eBay order.
Open the page
- Via search: eBay Transactions
- Via the eBay dashboard → Transactions
- Via the payout list → Transactions (filtered to one payout)
Fields
| Field | Description |

| Transaction ID | Unique eBay transaction ID. |
| Transaction Type | Type of transaction (Sale, Refund, Credit, Dispute, Shipping Label, Transfer, Adjustment). |
| Amount | Gross transaction amount. |
| Fee Amount | eBay fee portion. |
| Net Amount | Net amount after fees. |
| Transaction Date | When the transaction occurred. |
| Order ID | Related eBay order (if any). |
| Payout ID | Payout this transaction belongs to. |
| Buyer Username / Item Title / eBay SKU | Buyer and item of the transaction. |
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Sync All Transactions | Imports all transactions from eBay. |
| Open eBay Order | Opens the related eBay order. |
Tips
Transparent fees
Fee Amount and Net Amount show per sale what eBay keeps and what is actually paid out — the basis for margin and fee control per item.
