Conrad Messages
The Conrad Messages page displays all message threads from the Conrad/Mirakl inbox. You can read customer messages and reply directly from Business Central.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Conrad Messages
- Via the Conrad Dashboard → Messages
Fields (Thread Overview)
| Field | Description |

| Order Id | The related Conrad order number. |
| Topic | Subject of the message thread. |
| Customer Name | Name of the customer. |
| Current Status | Status: Open, Waiting Seller, Waiting Customer, Closed. |
| Unread Count | Number of unread messages in this thread. |
| Last Updated | Date of the last message. |
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Sync Messages | Imports current message threads from Conrad/Mirakl (M10/M11). |
| Reply | Opens the dialog to reply to a message (M12/M13). |
| Mark as Read | Marks the thread as read (M40). |
Thread Card
The thread card shows the complete message history with all messages in chronological order.
| Field | Description |

| Sender | Sender type (Customer, Operator, Seller). |
| Body | Message text. |
| Created Date | Timestamp of the message. |
Tips
Quick Replies
Use the Reply action directly from the thread overview to respond to customer inquiries promptly. Fast response times improve your seller performance.
Unread Messages
Threads with unread messages are highlighted in bold. Filter the list by Unread Count > 0 to find open inquiries.
