eBay Dashboard
The eBay Dashboard is the view of the day: what has to be shipped, what came in, where orders or listings are stuck and what is waiting for you. Every figure opens exactly the records it counted. eBay is not set up here but through the eBay row of the marketplace card in merchantCENTRAL and the setup wizard.

Getting Started
As long as no enabled account with client secret and refresh token – or in Simulation Mode – and an enabled marketplace exists, the dashboard shows a setup notice at the top. Set up eBay on the marketplace card then, or start the setup wizard. The notice disappears as soon as you come back to the dashboard after the setup.

If only some work in Simulation Mode, it says how many. Choosing it opens the eBay accounts, where Simulation Mode is switched per account. |
| Sales Channel | Limits the figures and the connection mode to one sales channel – one eBay account on one eBay site, for example an account on eBay.de. Empty = all sales channels. Returns, cancellations, payment disputes, offers to interested buyers and messages carry no sales channel and always count over all of them. |

| Waiting for you | Only what does not resolve itself: orders with errors, payment disputes awaiting you, items with price errors, returns to answer, cancellation requests, offers to interested buyers to answer and conversations with unread messages. Most urgent first; a line appears only once there is something to count. |
| Connection and tasks | eBay API (Live; Simulation Mode as soon as an enabled account in the sales channel filter works in Simulation Mode; otherwise Sandbox as soon as one works in the sandbox), last order import, last stock and price sync of the sales channels, job queue entries of the connector that are switched on, and entries with errors. |
Beneath them is one row per enabled sales channel with today's orders, the ones to be shipped and the state: Running, order errors or listing errors. Choosing a row opens the orders of that sales channel. More than six sales channels are summed up in a last row; Show all opens the sub-accounts of merchantCENTRAL.
Actions
All processing actions ask first and run through merchantCENTRAL. If eBay is not enabled there or has no valid license, the action stops with a notice before eBay is called.

| Import eBay Listings | Reads the listings of all eBay accounts and then opens the eBay Listings. Listings that already belong to a marketplace item only get their listing number, offer ID and online status; all others wait until you assign them to an item. Nothing is created automatically, and nothing is changed at eBay. |
| Listings (group) | Sync stock (quantities only; prices are sent by a run of their own), refresh listing status (active, inactive, ended), upload variant groups, import item specifics. |
