The eBay Seller Standards page shows your seller rating from eBay's service standards program (Sell Analytics API) — including a history of evaluation runs. This lets you spot early when metrics drift towards Below Standard.

Fields

| Seller Level | Seller level — colour-coded: green (Top Rated), red (Below Standard). |
| Is Top Rated Plus | Qualification for Top Rated Plus. |
| Transaction Defect Rate | Share of transactions with defects — red above 2%. |
| Late Shipment Rate | Share of late shipments — red above 4%. |
| Cases Without Resolution | Cases closed without seller resolution. |
| Tracking Upload Rate / Valid Tracking Rate | Share of uploaded and valid tracking numbers. |
| On-Time Delivery Rate | Share of orders delivered on time. |
| Total Transactions | Transactions in the evaluation period. |

Tips
Early warning system
The colour thresholds match eBay's limits for Above Standard (defect rate ≤ 2%, late shipment rate ≤ 4%). Values marked red endanger your seller status — and with it visibility and fee advantages.
Improve tracking rates
With automatic shipping confirmation enabled (setup: Auto Send Tracking) and a maintained carrier mapping, the tracking upload and valid tracking rates improve practically by themselves.
