eBay Orders
The eBay Orders page shows all imported eBay orders with their status on eBay and the linked Business Central sales order.
Open the page
- Via search: eBay Orders
- Via the eBay dashboard → Order List
Fields

| eBay Order ID | Unique eBay order number. |
| BC Sales Order No. | Linked BC sales order. |
| Order Status | eBay order status. |
| Fulfillment Status | Shipping status (Not Started, In Progress, Fulfilled). |
| Total Amount / Currency Code | Order total and currency. |
| Buyer Username | eBay buyer. |
| Order Date / Imported At | Order and import time. |
| Imported | Whether a BC sales order was created. |
The FactBox on the right shows the order lines of the selected order.

Automation
- Job queue: The
ORDERentry (eBay: Import Orders) imports every 5 minutes by default. - Webhooks: The
ITEM_SOLDandORDER_PAYMENT_COMPLETEDtopics import new orders immediately (notifications).
Tips
Orders not imported
The Not Imported dashboard cue shows orders whose import failed — the error message is on the order card in the Import Error field.
