Marketplace Orders

The Marketplace Orders list shows the imported orders of all connected marketplaces and shops. It is laid out and operated like the order list of every marketplace.

Opening the page

  • From the Dashboard → Marketplace Orders, from the Order Processor role center → merchantCENTRAL → Marketplace Orders, or search for Marketplace Orders
  • Filtered from the tiles of the dashboard and of a marketplace dashboard
  • From the marketplace card → Orders: when a connector has no order list of its own, this list opens, filtered to the marketplace.

Columns

Column Description
External Order No. Order number at the marketplace.
Marketplace / Sales Channel Where the order came from, for example the Amazon marketplace or the shop. The sales channel is shown by its name; the Sub-Account Code behind it can be shown with Personalize. When the list is filtered to one marketplace, for example from the dashboard of a marketplace, the Marketplace column is left out: it would be the same on every line.
Status Processing status, coloured as on the order card.
Order Date / Latest Ship Date When the order was placed and by when the marketplace expects it to be shipped.
Customer Name, Total Amount, Currency Code Buyer and amount.
Sales Order No. Sales order in Business Central; choose it to open it.
Error Message Why an order has no sales order.
Import DateTime, No. of Tracking Entries, No. of Order Lines Import and size. More columns (customer no., ship-to, external reference) can be added with Personalize.

Actions

Action Description
Show Sales Order Opens the sales order of the selected order; if it no longer exists, a message says so.
Import Again Imports the selected orders on hold again (asks first when several are selected).
Import Without Unknown Items Creates the sales order of an order on hold without its unknown lines.
Refresh Reloads the list.
Tracking Entries / Cancellations (Navigate) Open the tracking entries or cancellations of the selected order.
Show Order JSON Shows the order data as the connector passed it.

Choose an entry to open the Marketplace Order card.
