Amazon Dashboard
The Amazon Dashboard is the page for your daily work with Amazon. It shows at a glance what has come in and by when it has to go out, where orders, listings and documents are stuck, what is waiting for you and whether the connection to Amazon and the jobs are running – for a single marketplace if you like. Every figure opens the records it counted.
You find setup, diagnostics and product types on the Amazon Administration page, the catalog work on the Amazon Items page (see Tips).

Fields
Getting Started
As long as the setup is incomplete, the note Setup is incomplete, missing: … Open the Amazon Administration, or start the Amazon Connector Setup on the Assisted Setup page (group "AD merchantCENTRAL Setup"). is shown at the top. It names what is missing: Merchant ID, Home Marketplace Code or the Amazon authorization (Connect to Amazon in the Amazon Settings). Then open the Amazon Administration or start the Amazon Connector Setup wizard.
Amazon has no simulation mode: without the Amazon authorization, no access token is issued and nothing reaches Amazon. A company without it – a demo company included – therefore shows the note.
Status

License FactBox
Shows the license or demo status of the module AMAZON (hub license management). Without a valid license or demo, orders are not imported and nothing is sent to Amazon.
Overview
The overview recalculates its figures when you open the page, every time you return to it and with Refresh; Updated … states the time. Every figure is clickable and opens exactly the records it counted. Red asks you to act, yellow to keep an eye on it; green is fine.
The overview counts Amazon items the way the Amazon Items list shows them: without the import placeholders for items that do not exist in Business Central.

Order Status
The Order status card (Last 30 days) splits the Amazon orders of the last 30 days by status in one bar: New, Imported, Partially Shipped, Shipped, Invoiced, On Hold, Error and Cancelled. The legend below states the number and share; statuses without orders are left out. If there is no order in these 30 days, it says No orders in this period. Clicking a status opens its orders from this period.
Listings
The Listings card (Amazon items by listing status) splits all Amazon items by their listing status: Not listed (listing status blank), Active, Inactive, Incomplete, Suppressed or blocked, Error and Closed. Together, the parts make up all Amazon items; without Amazon items, it says No Amazon items yet. A click opens the Amazon Items with this status. What the statuses mean is explained on the Amazon Item Card.
Waiting for You
The Waiting for you card (Most urgent first) lists only what does not resolve itself. A line only appears when there is something to count; if nothing is open, it says Nothing waiting. Orders, listings and documents are in order. Red lines come before yellow ones. The card shows at most six lines; if not all of them fit, a note below says how many more are waiting (… more waiting). The table lists the lines in the order of the card.

Connection and Sync
The Connection and sync card (When Amazon was last reached) shows whether the connector is working with Amazon and the jobs are running.

The color of a job follows its job queue entry, not the age of the last run: red if it is in Error. Yellow if it is On Hold, if it is missing (this applies to the order import; if another job is missing, its line is left out) or if it is overdue – that is, it has not been picked up an hour after its start time. Otherwise green. The jobs pause at night and some of them on Sundays; a timestamp from the previous evening is therefore not an error.
Marketplaces
Below the cards, there is one line for each marketplace your account participates in (Is Participating): the name of the marketplace, its code and, below them, … today, … to be shipped. The marketplaces in use come first, followed by those for which none of the four uses is turned on in the connector. Clicking a line opens the Amazon Orders of this marketplace. The status indicator of each line names the most urgent issue:

At most six marketplaces are listed one below the other. If there are more, a last line counts the remaining ones (… more marketplaces, indicator Show all); clicking it opens the Amazon Marketplace Participations. With a marketplace in the Marketplace field, only its line is shown.

Tips
Daily Workflow
- Automate – Set Up Automation on the Amazon Administration page creates all jobs: order import, returns, prices and inventory, feed status and the nightly jobs, plus – depending on settings and license – shipment confirmation, invoice upload, VCS reports, FBA inventory and settlements.
- Monitor – Waiting for you collects what you have to take care of; if the card is empty, everything is running. The Connection and sync card shows whether the jobs are running.
- Intervene – Clicking a line opens exactly the records concerned. The actions under Process immediately do what the next job run would otherwise do.
FBA and Settlements
FBA lines and actions only appear with Enable FBA in the Amazon Settings: Last FBA stock sync, FBA orders not posted after a day, Items with unfulfillable FBA stock, Channel switches Amazon has not taken after a day, Create FBA Inbound Plan, FBA Inbound Plans, FBA Shipments, FBA Reimbursements, FBA Ledger Entries, FBA Removal Orders, FBA Open Losses and Refunds Without Return. Settlements are only available with the add-on module AMAZON-SETTLE (€105 net per 4 weeks per channel): without its license, no settlements are imported, matched or posted, and the Settlements overdue line does not appear. The refunds without return are also only created with this module, because they come from the settlements. Import Settlements and Settlements remain visible nonetheless; Import Settlements checks the license and offers the demo.
Tools outside the dashboard
The dashboard carries only the daily work. You find the other tools as follows:
- Amazon Administration: setup wizard, license and automation; under Actions, the groups Diagnostics (sync issues, sync locks, import date, marketplace data) and Product Types (listing JSON, product type definitions, property descriptions); under Related, data takeover, notification log, category mappings and listing mappings.
- Amazon Items: catalog search, ASIN search queue, listing mappings, category mappings and image upload under Actions → Navigate; Import Listings and Upload All Pending Images under Actions → Catalog Runs; Suggest FBA Adjustments, Switch to FBA, Switch to MFN, Cancel Channel Switch, Refresh Fulfillment Channel and Refresh FBA Inventory under Reports; MFN Inventory Sync under Actions → Navigate.
- Amazon Orders: import and acknowledge a single order, acknowledge pending orders, apply an Amazon cancellation, import cancellations.
- Amazon Returns: Return Order for an Order.
- Amazon Item Card: Refresh FBA Quantity for an item and its packs.
You do runs across a whole marketplace or an item category in the Amazon Items list: filter the list, for example by Marketplace or Item Category Code, select the lines and choose Search ASINs for Selected Items, Batch List Offers (Existing ASIN), Refresh Listing Statuses, Refresh Listing Issues, Refresh Fee Estimates or Sync Stock.
Shipment confirmations by hand
Confirmations go through the queue of the Amazon Shipment Confirmations: Send Shipment Confirmations sends what is queued. Without Confirm Shipments Automatically, posting queues nothing; then send the confirmation with Send Shipment Confirmation (under Marketplace) on the posted sales shipment or, for several selected shipments, in the Posted Sales Shipments list.
