Amazon Order
The card shows the data of a single Amazon order from the central order table of merchantCENTRAL. It is read-only: you make changes on the sales order.
Opening the Page
- Via the Amazon Orders list → click an order

General

| External Reference | Additional marketplace reference number, if any. |
| Status | Processing status of the order (see the Amazon Orders list). |
| Order Date | When the order was placed on Amazon. |
| Import Date/Time | When the order was imported into Business Central. |

Tips
Empty buyer fields
Orders from Refresh Historical Orders have no buyer name and no sales order – they are for statistics only. In addition, once the retention period has passed, the hub anonymizes the buyer data of every order; order ID, amounts and status remain.
