Amazon Feed Tracker
The Feed Tracker displays all feeds submitted to Amazon — price updates, inventory updates, batch offers, deletions, images, order and shipment confirmations, and more. Monitor the status and identify errors.
Single offers (List Offer (Existing ASIN), List on Amazon... with an ASIN) do not appear in the Feed Tracker: they go to Amazon directly via the Listings Items API, and Amazon responds right away with a submission ID or the reasons for the rejection. The submissions of the Create New Amazon Product wizard do not appear here either.

Fields

| Status | Status of the feed: Pending and In Progress while Amazon is processing it, then Completed, Completed with Errors, Failed or Cancelled. Completed with Errors means: Amazon has processed the feed but rejected messages. The tracker shows a feed that Amazon aborted as Failed or Cancelled, even if a report exists. Color-coded: yellow while Amazon is processing, green completed, red with errors or failed, gray cancelled. |

Tips
Refreshing the feed status
Amazon processes feeds asynchronously. Click Refresh Status to query the current state. For large feeds, processing may take several minutes. Refresh Feed Status on the Amazon Dashboard checks all open feeds – those of the marketplace in the Marketplace field or, if it is empty, those of all marketplaces; the FEED_PROCESS job does this regularly. A feed that Amazon finished without a result document (cancelled or with a fatal error) is released by the connector right away: its prices and quantities go out again with the next run.
Confirmed only once the report has been read
Once Amazon has processed a feed, the connector updates its items only after Amazon's processing report has been read: only then do prices, quantities, withdrawals, deletions, images and shipment confirmations count as accepted or rejected. If the report cannot be loaded, the FEED_PROCESS job retrieves it again at increasing intervals; until then, the items of the feed wait. If there is no readable report after two hours, the feed counts as not processed, and the Amazon Activity Log states the reason. A report on a JSON_LISTINGS_FEED that cannot be read confirms nothing.
Feed JSON
Price, inventory, withdrawal, batch offer, delete and image feeds store the JSON content they were sent with. For a rejection, Amazon's report only names the message of the feed; using the stored content, the connector assigns it to the SKU and the item. Once Amazon has accepted a feed in full and its report has been read, the JSON content is deleted after processing; View Feed JSON is then no longer available.
Retention
The nightly retention job PII_RETENTION deletes completed, evaluated feeds that were submitted more than 90 days ago, together with their feed errors and image lines.
Handling Errors
Click the Error Count number to see the exact error messages. Common causes: missing required fields, invalid ASINs, or prices outside Amazon limits.
