Amazon Activity Log
The Amazon Activity Log shows the operations of the Amazon connector, newest first: requests to Amazon, imports, feeds, shipment confirmations, errors and notes.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Amazon Activity Log
- Via the Amazon Dashboard → Related → Advanced → Activity Log
- Via the Amazon Items page → Amazon Activity Log
- Via the Amazon Administration → Activity Log or Open Amazon Activity Log
Fields

| Activity Date | Date and time of the activity. |
| User ID | User who triggered the activity. |
| Status | Success or Failed. Notes appear as Success with "[INFO]" at the beginning of the description. |
| Context | Amazon SP-API for all entries of the connector (hidden by default). |
| Description | Description of the operation. |
| Activity Message | Additional details about the operation. |

Troubleshooting
Filter the log by Status = Failed to quickly identify failed operations.
Failed order imports
For an order that could not be imported, the log only shows the order ID with a reference to the Amazon Order Import Errors page. Only that page shows the reason, because it can name the buyer.
Retention
Entries cannot be deleted on this page. The nightly retention job PII_RETENTION deletes the connector's entries that are older than 90 days – including those of the shipment confirmations.
