Marketplace Item Details

The Marketplace Item Card shows all common fields of a marketplace item. Connector-specific fields are added via PageExtensions from the respective connector apps.

Fields

Field Description
Marketplace Associated marketplace.
Item No. BC item number.
SKU Marketplace SKU.
Description Item description.
EAN/GTIN Barcode of the item.
Price Price the item should have on the marketplace. For marketplaces with prices from sales price lists it comes from the list of the sales channel and can only be changed with Price Fixed. 0 for an item offered to business customers only, which has a business price alone (see Business price).
Business Price Price for business customers from the business price list of the sales channel, in the currency and VAT basis of the price. Empty when the item has none. Only for marketplaces with business prices.
Price Fixed The price is not taken from the price list; the price entered by hand is sent. When released, the list price applies again at once. The same applies to the business price.
Price Includes VAT Whether the price includes VAT – from the price list; for a fixed price, set it to match by hand.
Price List Code List the price was taken from.
Price Error Why the item has no valid price, why the price check blocks its price, or why the marketplace refused the last price. As long as an item has no valid price, no price is sent for it; the marketplace keeps the previous one.
Blocked Price Price from the price list that the price check blocks. Until it passes the check or is approved, the item keeps its previous price.
Last Published Price (Net) Net price the marketplace last accepted. The price check measures the deviation of a new price against it.
Approved Price Price approved by hand although it deviates too far from the last published one. The approval ends once the marketplace accepted it.
Blocked Business Price, Last Published Business Price (Net), Approved Business Price The same for the business price. A block holds back both prices, an approval covers both amounts.
Stock Reported stock quantity.
Handling Time (Days) Promise that goes with the calculated quantity: the handling time of the slowest source whose stock is part of the quantity. Choosing it shows the inventory sources – see Handling Time.
Last Published Handling Time (Days) Promise the marketplace last accepted. If the calculated one differs, the quantity is sent again.
Online Status Whether the item is currently listed.
Category Source Where the Marketplace Category comes from: Derived from the Category Mapping of the item category, entered Manually, or delivered by the Marketplace. Only a derived category follows changes of the mapping; an entry in the field makes it manual.
Attribute Status Outcome of the last attribute check: OK, Warning (some attributes are not sent) or Blocked (a mandatory attribute is missing, the listing is not sent). Choose it to open the Attribute Issues.

Attributes

The Attributes FactBox shows live which attributes the listing sends in the language of its sales channel. Check Attributes checks every language of the sales channel and writes the Attribute Issues and the Attribute Status. See Marketplace Attributes.

Calculate Price action

Takes the price from the price list of the sales channel at once, without sending it - for example after you added it to the price list. It goes out with the next price sync.

Approve Price action

Approves a price that the price check blocks for its deviation from the last published price. It goes out with the next price sync; the next change is checked again. A price below the unit cost or the minimum margin cannot be approved – it has to be corrected in the price list.
