Prices
The price for Otto always comes from the sales price list that is set in the Price List Code field on the merchantCENTRAL marketplace card of Otto (usually written by the Price Engine). merchantCENTRAL copies the price to the product before every price sync; there is no fallback to the unit price on the item card. Otto receives the price as a gross price in EUR: a net price list is converted with the VAT rate from the VAT business posting group of the price list and the VAT product posting group of the item. A price list in another currency is not converted but rejected.

Sale prices

Actions

| Upload Product | Uploads this product to Otto. Otto processes the upload in an update task; Refresh Upload Status shows the result. Without a valid price it is not sent; the reason is then shown in the sync error, and the product is tried again with the next product sync. A product already listed on Otto keeps its sync status; stock and active status continue to sync |
| Refresh Upload Status | Reads from Otto how far the last upload of this product has got |
| Calculate Price | Copies the price from the sales price list now, without sending it. It goes out with the next price sync |
| Update Price | Copies the price from the sales price list and sends it to Otto immediately |
| Import Price | Imports the price Otto lists into Otto Standard Price. The marketplace price stays unchanged |
