Otto Products
Overview of all products synchronized with Otto. Here you manage product data, synchronize prices, and control activation.

Actions
Synchronization
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Upload Selected Products | Uploads the selected products to Otto. Asks first with the number of products. |
| Upload Changed Products | Uploads all products changed since their last upload. Asks first with the number of products. |
| Import Products | Imports the products of Otto into Business Central, updates the existing ones and reports how many were read. |
Prices
The prices come from the sales price list that is set in the Price List Code field on the merchantCENTRAL marketplace card of Otto. The job queue entry PRICES runs through the merchantCENTRAL price synchronization: it first copies the prices from the price list and then sends only changed prices to Otto.

| Update Prices | After a confirmation, copies the prices of the selected products from the sales price list and sends them to Otto immediately. Products without a valid price are skipped and counted in the summary |
| Import Prices | Imports the prices Otto lists into Otto Standard Price. The marketplace prices stay unchanged |
Hidden columns (can be shown via Personalize): Price Fixed, Price Includes VAT, Price List Code, Otto Standard Price.
Activation
| Action | Description |

| Set Active | Sets the selected products active at Otto – Otto offers them for sale again. Asks first with the number of products, sends the products to Otto in batches, shows the progress and reports at the end how many products were set active and how many Otto did not take. |
| Set Inactive | Sets the selected products inactive at Otto – Otto no longer offers them for sale. Asks first with the number of products, with No as the default, sends the products to Otto in batches, shows the progress and reports at the end how many products were set inactive and how many Otto did not take. |
Additional Actions

| Import Marketplace Status | Updates the marketplace status of all products |
| Recalculate Listing Quality | Recalculates the listing quality of all Otto products |
| Import Delivery Info / Update Delivery Info | Reads the delivery information of the products from Otto, or sends it to Otto for products with a shipping profile |
Tip
Use filters on Sync Status or Modified Since Last Sync to quickly find products that need an update. A filter on Price Error shows all products whose price does not go to Otto.
