Shopware 6 Item Card
Detailed item card for a single Shopware 6 item. Here you maintain all shop-relevant data: title, descriptions, images, prices, quantities, dimensions, variants, cross-selling and attributes.
Each Shopware 6 item is linked to a BC item via the Item No.

Fields
General
Master fields of the Shopware 6 item.

| Item No. |
BC item number. Read-only – set on creation and links the Shopware item to the BC item master. |
| Interface Enabled |
Enables the Shopware 6 interface for this item. Only when enabled is the item included in synchronisation. |
| Item Synced |
Shows whether the item has already been uploaded to the shop. Read-only. |
| Item Online |
Shows whether the item is currently active (visible) in the shop. Can be set manually to switch items online/offline. |
| Activated |
Activates the item for display in the shop. Defaults to Yes on creation. |
| SKU |
Stock keeping unit – unique item identifier in the shop. If empty, the BC item number is used automatically. |
| Title |
Item title in the shop. If empty, the BC item description is used automatically. |
| Sync Timestamp |
Timestamp of the last update. Read-only. |

Category path in the shop (e.g. Electronics > Laptops). Several category IDs can be given comma-separated. |
| Manufacturer |
Manufacturer ID in the Shopware shop. |
| Delivery Time |
Delivery time for the shop – choose from the synced catalog instead of typing a UUID. |
| Feature Set |
Essential characteristics template for this item (overrides the shop default). |
| Last Stock |
Discontinued-item flag. If enabled, the item is deactivated automatically once stock reaches 0. |

Up to 5 images can be stored per item.

Entry only with the fixed flag set
Price and Quantity can only be entered when Price Fixed or Quantity Fixed is set. Without the flag, the connector calculates both values automatically from the price list or the inventory – a manual entry would be overwritten on the next run, so the fields are locked.

Variants
The variant container is a dedicated object – the variant master; the variant set and display are maintained there, no longer on the item.

| Upload Item |
Uploads the item as a single product to the shop (incl. descriptions, prices, images). If the item is a variant of an online variant master, a prompt appears (variants are normally uploaded via the master card). |
| Download from Shop |
Downloads this item's shop data and overwrites the BC data (title, description, SEO, prices, status) after confirmation. Unlike the bulk sync, this action also adopts the long description. |
| Open in Shop |
Opens the product page in the storefront. |
| Create Variant Master |
Creates a variant master from this item and makes the item the main variant. Available while the item is not yet assigned to a master. |
| Open Variant Master |
Opens the variant master this item is assigned to. |
| Remove from Shop |
Deletes this item's shop products; the BC item is kept. If assigned to a variant master, you are pointed to the master card. |
| Sync to Hub |
Synchronises this item into the central merchantCENTRAL marketplace table. |
