Shopware 6 Item Card
Detailed item card for a single Shopware 6 item. Here you maintain all shop-relevant data: title, descriptions, images, prices, quantities, dimensions, variants, cross-selling and attributes.
Each Shopware 6 item is linked to a BC item via the Item No.

Fields
General
Master fields of the Shopware 6 item.

| Shop | The Shopware 6 shop this item row belongs to, shown by its name. |
| Item No. | BC item number. Read-only – set on creation and links the Shopware item to the BC item master. |
| Item Description | Item description from the BC item card. |
| Item Online | Shows whether the item exists in the shop: upload and download set the flag, Remove from Shop clears it. Only items with this flag are taken along by the automatic item sync. Whether the shop displays the product is controlled by Activated. |
| Item Synced | The shop version matches what Business Central last read or wrote – set by a successful upload as well as by the download from the shop. Read-only. |
| Update Item | A change still has to reach the shop. Every change to the shop fields of this card sets the flag, and so does Flag All for Update in the merchantCENTRAL list Marketplace Items. The item sync then uploads the item by itself and clears the flag; cleared by hand, it parks the item. |
| Activated | Activates the item for display in the shop. Defaults to Yes on creation. |
| Switched Off for Price | Only appears when the item is switched off in the shop because it has no valid price or its price is blocked (see Price Error). With the next valid price it is switched on again. |
| SKU | Stock keeping unit – unique item identifier in the shop. If empty, the BC item number is used automatically. |
| Title | Item title in the shop. If empty, the BC item description is used automatically. |
| Sync Timestamp | Timestamp of the last update. Read-only. |
Item Details

| Delivery Time | Delivery time for the shop – choose from the synced catalog instead of typing a UUID. Empty = the delivery time set in the shop stays. |
| Feature Set | Essential characteristics template for this item (overrides the shop default). |
| Last Stock | Marks the item in the shop as clearance sale (closeout). Shopware then sells it only while stock lasts: at most the stock fits into the cart, and once the stock drops below the minimum purchase – usually to 0 – the item is no longer available and can no longer be ordered. The item stays active. It disappears from listing, search and the product page only if the shop setting Hide products after clearance is switched on. Without the flag the item can still be ordered at stock 0. What counts is the stock the connector sends: the available stock from merchantCENTRAL (with stock source, safety stock and maximum quantity), transferred by the inventory sync (QTY, every 10 minutes) and with every price push. With a fixed quantity or with supplier stock in the stock source it may never reach 0. |

Images
The card shows the item's gallery – every picture exactly once, whoever delivered it. The gallery is maintained on the Business Central item card in the Item Images FastTab – up to 20 pictures, the same for every sales channel; the header counts how many of them go to this shop. What this shop receives out of it is decided picture by picture.

| Star | The cover of this shop – the picture shown in lists, search results and the cart (Shopware: product.coverId). Without a choice the shop leads with the first picture of its order. |
| Badge | In shop = this shop has already received the picture, New = not yet. |
| Upload to Shop | Uploads the ticked pictures in this order, with their alt text, to the shop. Only the pictures travel – prices, texts and SEO data stay unchanged. The item must already exist in the shop. |
| Import from Shop | Fetches the pictures the shop shows for this item into the gallery. Nothing is deleted. |
| Select All | Clears every deselection for this shop. |
| Reset Order | Discards this shop's order; the order on the item applies again. |
On upload the connector creates the pictures as shop media (Create Media → Upload → Assign → Cover). If the file lives in the media storage, Shopware fetches it straight from the CDN URL; otherwise the shop gets the address.
The upload reconciles rather than only adding: a picture the product already carries keeps its link and only has its position corrected, and a tick taken back here removes the picture from the shop on the next upload. Only what the connector uploaded itself is removed – a picture somebody added in the shop's admin stays until the import has filed it on the item and you untick it there.
The alt text of a picture – the description for screen readers and search engines – is maintained on the Business Central item card in the list Edit Images, column Alt Text. It travels with Upload to Shop or the dashboard action Upload Images to Shop; Upload Item takes neither pictures nor alt texts along.
Taking over an existing shop
On the first import of a shop that already shows pictures, the connector takes over its order and – where it differs from the first picture – its cover. Both only once: as soon as somebody here has used the arrows or the star, that decision stands, however often the import runs afterwards.

Pricing
The price comes from the sales price list assigned to the shop's sales channel in merchantCENTRAL – see Prices from merchantCENTRAL.

| Marketplace Price | Current sales price in the shop. With Price Fixed sent as is, otherwise taken and checked by merchantCENTRAL from the sales price list of the shop. |
| Price Fixed | The price you enter goes to the shop as is and is not updated automatically – without tiers and without a strike-through price. |
| Price Update | Transfer price changes to the shop automatically. Default: Yes. |
| Update Price | The price is due to be sent; the next price sync transfers it. |
| Price Includes VAT | Whether the price includes VAT. Comes from the price list; for a fixed price, set it to match the price you entered. |
| Price List Code | The sales price list the price comes from. |
| Price Error | Why the item has no valid price in its price list, or why the merchantCENTRAL price check blocks its price. |
| Blocked Price | The price from the list that the price check blocks. It is approved on the merchantCENTRAL page Blocked Prices. |
| Last Published Price (Net) | The net price the shop took last. The price check measures how far a new price deviates from it. |
Pseudo price: the reference price of the price list is sent, only when it is above the price.
Quantity

Entry only with the fixed flag set
Marketplace Price and Marketplace Quantity can only be entered when Price Fixed or Quantity Fixed is set. Without the flag, the values come automatically from the price list or the inventory – a manual entry would be overwritten on the next run, so the fields are locked.

If the item has a sales unit of its own, the bundle content must match its quantity – otherwise no price goes out (Price Error). |

Variants
The variant container is a dedicated object – the variant master; the variant set and display are maintained there.
