Actions

Action Description
Sync from Shop Fetches all products from the shop and updates the local item data (title, META, SEO, prices, status) – nothing is uploaded. A second prompt decides whether the long descriptions are also overwritten (default: No — Business Central stays the content master). Shop products without a matching BC item — e.g. variant containers with a suffix — are skipped.
Check Prices and Quantities Checks all online items for price and quantity changes and flags changed items for transfer.
Upload Selected Items Uploads all selected items to the shop (with a progress dialog). Items that are variants of an online variant master are skipped – they are uploaded via their master.
Download Selected Items Downloads the shop data of the selected items and overwrites the BC data (title, description, SEO, prices, status) after confirmation.
Copy Long Text to Marketing Text Copies the long description of the selected items into their Marketing Text – the editable base for the description template. Items that already have a marketing text are skipped. Run this before applying the template.
Reset Sync Failures Clears the failure counter and backoff of the selected items so the automatic sync retries them immediately. Background: after 5 failed uploads in a row an item is parked and skipped by the automatic sync.
Assign to Shop... Assigns the item to another Shopware 6 shop by creating a per-shop item row.
Assign to All Enabled Shops Ensures the item has a row for every enabled Shopware 6 shop.
Remove from this Shop Removes the item row for the current shop – the BC item is not deleted.
Import Assignments from Shop Imports the category, tag, sales channel visibility and property assignments of every shop product into Business Central – meant as a one-time takeover after a shop migration. For every product the shop returns, the local assignments are replaced by the shop state. Synchronise the master data (categories, tags, sales channels, properties) from the shop first, otherwise assignments cannot be resolved.
Import Images from Shop Imports the product image links of every shop product into Business Central – meant as a one-time takeover after a shop migration. Only the image URL is stored; the images themselves stay in the shop media storage. For products with images in the shop the local image list is replaced; products without shop images keep their BC images.
Import Cross-Selling from Shop Imports the cross-selling groups of the shop into Business Central – meant as a one-time takeover of existing accessory and similar-product links after a shop migration. For products the shop returns groups for, the local cross-selling list is replaced. Only groups named like the ones this connector creates can be mapped; other names are reported in the activity log.
Remove Orphaned Rows Removes item rows whose BC item no longer exists – typically leftovers of earlier variant-container downloads (SKU suffix, e.g. “…M”). Such rows can neither be opened nor deleted normally. The action first shows the count and sample item numbers; after confirmation the rows are deleted including their attribute, tag, category, visibility and cross-selling assignments. Products in the shop are not touched.
Variant Masters Opens the list of variant masters.
