Shopware 6 Orders
List of the orders imported from the Shopware 6 shops, newest first. Every Shopware 6 order is a merchantCENTRAL marketplace order; the list shows the Shopware 6 marketplace orders of all shops. It is read-only; choosing an order opens it on the Marketplace Order card with its lines and the actions that go with it.
Opening the page
- Via Search: Shopware 6 Orders
- Via the Shopware 6 Dashboard → Orders
- Via a tile of the Shopware 6 Dashboard, for example Orders with errors: the list opens with exactly the orders the tile counts.
- Via the Shopware 6 card in merchantCENTRAL → Orders
The same orders are also in the merchantCENTRAL Marketplace Orders.
Fields

| External Order No. | The order number as it appears in the Shopware 6 shop. |
| Shop | The Shopware 6 shop the order came from, by its name. |
| Status | Where the order stands in Business Central, coloured like on every merchantCENTRAL order page: New and Imported yellow, Partially Shipped blue, Shipped and Invoiced green, Error and On Hold red, Cancelled grey. See status colours. |
| Order Date | When the order was placed in the shop. |
| Latest Ship Date | The date by which the order is to be shipped. |
| Customer Name | The customer of the order. |
| Total Amount | The order total as the shop reported it. |
| Currency Code | The currency of the order total. |
| Sales Order No. | The sales order in Business Central. Choose it to open it. Empty as long as none was created; Error Message then says why. |
| Error Message | Why the order could not be imported or is on hold, for example because of an unknown item. |
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Show Sales Order | Opens the sales order of the selected order, or its posted document once it is posted. Only available when a sales order exists. |
| Import Orders | Imports the open orders of the enabled Shopware 6 shops and creates a sales order for each. A summary per shop follows. |
| Import Again | Imports the selected orders on hold again, now that their items are assigned. An order whose item is still unknown stays on hold. With several orders selected the action asks first. Only available for status On Hold. |
Order card
A Shopware 6 order opens on the Marketplace Order card, which is the same for every marketplace. For Shopware 6 orders it adds, under Navigate:

| Open in Shop | Opens the order in the administration of the Shopware 6 shop it came from. merchantCENTRAL asks the shop for the order to do so; the action is available as soon as the shop has an API URL. A shop in Simulation Mode is not asked – a message says so and leads to the shop card. |
Workflow
- Orders come in through the job queue, the webhooks or Import Orders.
- Check orders with status Error or On Hold – the Orders with errors tile on the dashboard opens exactly those. Error Message says why.
- Fix the cause, for example assign the item, then Import Again.
- Continue with the sales order in Business Central (shipment, invoicing).
