Customer Groups
Management page for customer groups from the Shopware 6 shop. Customer groups control pricing, visibility, and payment options in the shop.
Open Page
- Via search: Shopware 6 Customer Groups
- Via Shopware 6 Dashboard → Navigation → Customer Groups

UUID of the customer group in the Shopware shop. |

Name of the customer group (e.g., Retail Customers, Resellers, B2B). |

Whether prices are displayed including VAT. |

Downloads all customer groups from the shop and updates the local table. |
Notes
- Customer groups are considered during order import to assign the correct customer or price group.
- Synchronization is performed per shop separately (multi-shop).
- The gross/net setting affects price calculation during order import.
