Kaufland Offer
Card for one Kaufland product with its offers. Product data (title, manufacturer, category, description, images) and offers (price, quantity, condition) are shown together here and can be checked and edited in one place.
Kaufland keeps the two apart: The product data describes the product page, which Kaufland maintains exactly once per EAN. The offers (units) are your own offers on that product page. The card links both via the EAN. If Kaufland does not know the EAN yet, the product data must be uploaded first; only then can an offer be created.
Opening the Page
- From the Products list by opening a line
- From the EAN Lookup → Action Open Offer Card, as soon as a Kaufland marketplace item exists for the EAN or the item
- From Inventory Units or the Inventory Unit Card → Action Product Data & Description (if no item is listed under the EAN yet, the EAN Lookup opens instead)
- From the merchantCENTRAL hub by drilling down on a Kaufland marketplace item

Every change to title, brand, manufacturer, MPN, category, primary image URL, or description resets Item Synced.

Offers
All offers (units) with the same EAN, regardless of the storefront. A line opens the Inventory Unit Card. New offers are created via Create Offer at Kaufland; lines can neither be added nor deleted here.

In day-to-day operation, price and quantity are set by the price and inventory synchronization via the hub. The price comes from the sales price list of the sales channel, unless it is fixed on the marketplace item. A change made here therefore only lasts until the next run.

- The check mark decides per image whether it goes to Kaufland.
- The star marks the title image. It is sent as the first image.
- Upload Product Data sends all checked images with a public address, including a stored alternative text.

| Lookup on Kaufland |
Reads the entry for the EAN from the storefront's Kaufland catalog. The Kaufland product ID and Is Valid are always taken over, the category only if none is set yet. Title, manufacturer, brand, and primary image URL are only filled if they are empty; your own texts are never overwritten. If Kaufland does not know the EAN, a notification appears. |

Opens the Create New Unit dialog with EAN and Kaufland product ID prefilled. If the product ID is missing, it is fetched first, as with Lookup on Kaufland. If Kaufland does not know the EAN, the action stops: In that case, send the product data with Upload Product Data first and wait until it is accepted. The new offer only appears under Offers after Refresh Offers, once Kaufland has processed it. |

Imports all offers of the default storefront from the Kaufland setup, not only those for this EAN, and then updates Offers. Offers that Kaufland no longer lists are marked as no longer live. |

Sends title, description, manufacturer, MPN, category, images, and the search terms from the hub to Kaufland in the storefront's language. EAN, title, and manufacturer are checked beforehand; if anything is missing, nothing is sent and the reason is reported. Kaufland then checks the data itself; Check Product Data Status returns the result. After the first upload, the scheduled task UPLOAD-PRODDATA keeps changed product data up to date, and CHECK-PRODDATA retrieves the check result automatically. |
