Kaufland Import Files
List view of the import files that Kaufland has processed or is processing: files with product data, offers, or order commands that Kaufland fetched from a public address and imported line by line. Shows progress, status, and error count. The list is read-only. Single import files cannot be deleted; Delete Processed Import Files clears out the old ones.
Kaufland does not accept a file as an upload: you provide the address of a CSV file, and Kaufland downloads it itself. This is done via Submit Import File or directly in the Kaufland Seller Portal; the list shows both once it has been refreshed.

Fields

| Import ID | ID that Kaufland gives the import. |
| Import Type | What the file brings to Kaufland: Product Data, offers (Inventory Feed or Inventory Command), or Order Command. |
| Status | Processing status (color-coded): Pending and Processing (yellow – Kaufland is still working on it), Done (green), Failed or Aborted (red). A product data import is only Done once Kaufland has also applied the lines, not as soon as they are read. |
| Filename | Address of the file that Kaufland downloaded – without the part after the ?, which can contain an access token. |
| Storefront | Storefront of the import. Kaufland imports offer files per storefront; product data and order commands belong to no storefront and are listed with the default storefront. |
| Total Lines | Total number of lines in the file. |
| Lines Processed | Number of lines processed so far, including failed ones. |
| Lines Failed | Number of failed lines (red if greater than 0). |
| Created At | When Kaufland created the import. |

| Submit Import File | Hands the public address of a CSV file to Kaufland. Opens the Submit Kaufland Import File dialog. |
| Refresh Import Files | Reads the most recent imports of every type from Kaufland: offer files for every enabled storefront, product data and order commands for the whole account. A type your account may not use is skipped; the others are still read. Runs through merchantCENTRAL; Kaufland must be enabled and licensed there. |
| Refresh Import File | Reads the state of the selected import again from Kaufland. |
| Delete Processed Import Files | Deletes the import files Kaufland finished – Done, Failed, or Aborted – more than 30 days ago (by their completion; without a completion time, by their creation). Asks first with their number and the cut-off date, default No; deleted files cannot be restored. Files Kaufland is still working on stay, as do files without any date. If there is nothing to delete, a message says so. At the end, a message names the number deleted. |
The scheduled task CHECK-IMPORTS refreshes the list automatically; Create Default Tasks creates it switched off.
Line-by-line errors of a product data import are requested from the Kaufland Import File card via Request Error Report.
