Kaufland Reports

List view of the Kaufland reports: evaluations that Kaufland creates on request – for example sales, bookings, cancellations, your offer inventory, or lost buy box – and provides as a CSV file for download. Kaufland creates a report in the background; it is ready as soon as its status is Done. The list is read-only. Single reports cannot be deleted; Delete Old Reports clears out the old ones.

Fields

Field Description
Report ID ID that Kaufland gives the requested report.
Report Type Which report was requested, e.g., Sales or Lost Buy Box. On import, derived from the Kaufland report name; an unknown name leaves the requested type unchanged.
Report Name Name of the report as Kaufland returns it.
Status Processing status (color-coded): Queued and Processing (yellow – Kaufland is still making it), Done (green), Failed (red).
Storefront Storefront the report was requested for. The buy box reports cover all storefronts.
Date From Start date of the reporting period (only Bookings and Sales).
Date To End date of the reporting period (only Bookings and Sales).
Created At When Kaufland received the request.
Requested By User who requested the report in Business Central; empty for reports requested in the Kaufland Seller Portal.

Actions

Action Description
Import Reports Reads the report list from Kaufland (the latest 300 reports, newest first) – including reports requested in the Kaufland Seller Portal. Runs through merchantCENTRAL; Kaufland must be enabled and licensed there.
Request New Report Opens the Request Kaufland Report dialog.
Refresh Report Reads the state of the selected report again from Kaufland, with the download address once it is ready.
Download Report Downloads the finished report as a CSV file (only with status Done and an available download address). Downloads are only made from a Kaufland address over HTTPS. If Kaufland refuses the download – for example because the address of an older report has expired – a message gives the reason; then choose Refresh Report or request the report again.
Delete Old Reports Deletes the reports that are Done or Failed and were requested more than 30 days ago (by Created At; without it, by the request in Business Central). Asks first with their number and the cut-off date, default No; deleted reports cannot be restored – request a report again to get its data. Reports Kaufland is still making stay, as do reports without any date. If there is nothing to delete, a message says so. At the end, a message names the number deleted.

The scheduled task CHECK-REPORTS refreshes the list automatically; Create Default Tasks creates it switched off.
