eBay Carrier Mapping
The eBay Carrier Mapping page assigns the matching eBay carrier codes to Business Central shipping agents. When reporting the shipping confirmation, the connector transmits the correct carrier — the prerequisite for valid tracking on eBay.

| eBay Carrier Code | eBay code of the carrier (e.g. DHL, DPD_DE, HERMES_DE, UPS, FEDEX). |
How does the mapping apply?
When a sales shipment with a tracking number is posted, the connector reports the shipment to eBay (automatically with Auto Send Tracking enabled). The eBay carrier code is resolved via this table; a built-in fallback exists for common carriers (DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Deutsche Post).

Only with the correct carrier code does eBay count the tracking number as valid — improving the Valid Tracking Rate in the seller standards.
