eBay Listing Issues
The eBay Listing Issues page shows all eBay items with synchronisation errors or listing problems — a filtered view of the item pool containing only records with an error message.
Open the page
- Via search: eBay Listing Issues
- Via the eBay dashboard → Listing Issues
- Via the Errors cue on the dashboard
Fields

| Item No. / Description / Title | Affected item and listing title. |
| eBay Listing ID | The eBay listing number (if already published). |
| Published | Whether the listing is currently live on eBay. |
| Error | The error message of the last sync attempt (red). |
| Last Sync | Time of the last attempt. |
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Clear Error | Clears the error message and marks the item for resync. |
| Retry Sync | Marks the selected items for immediate resync. |
| Open Item Card | Opens the eBay item card. |
Tips
Typical error sources
Common causes are missing required item specifics, missing condition details, a non-leaf category or incomplete business policies on the marketplace.
Reconcile listing status
The dashboard action Sync Listing Status checks all items for their current eBay status (active, inactive, ended) and updates the issue list.
