eBay Listing Issues
The eBay Listing Issues page shows all eBay items with synchronisation errors or listing problems — a filtered view of the item pool containing only records with an error message.

Tips
Typical error sources
Common causes are missing required item specifics, missing condition details, a non-leaf category or incomplete business policies on the marketplace.
Handling time
If the inventory sync cannot move an offer to the fulfillment policy of its promise, the reason is shown here — for example a promise longer than 30 business days, a marketplace without a default fulfillment policy or a policy of the same name on eBay with another handling time. Until it is resolved the offer has quantity 0 — see handling time policies.
Quantity errors are in the activity log
If eBay rejects an item's quantity during the inventory sync, it does not appear here but in the activity log. The item keeps Update Inventory and goes out again on the next run.
Language of listing texts
When creating and changing inventory items and offers, the connector sends the language of the eBay site as Content-Language (e.g. EBAY_DE → de-DE, EBAY_FR → fr-FR). If eBay reports a language error, check the Marketplace Id of the marketplace.
Reconcile listing status
The dashboard action Sync Listing Status checks all items of all eBay accounts and countries for their current eBay status (active, inactive, ended) and updates the issue list.
