eBay Cancellations
The eBay Cancellations page shows all cancellation requests for eBay orders — buyer-initiated requests as well as seller-initiated cancellations. The connector automatically links each request to the corresponding Business Central sales order.

Fields

| Cancel ID | Unique eBay cancellation request ID. |
| Status | Current status (Requested, Pending, Approved, Rejected, Completed). |
| Reason | Cancellation reason. |
| eBay Order ID | The associated eBay order. |
| Initiated By | Who initiated the cancellation (BUYER or SELLER). |
| Refund Amount | Refund amount. |
| Respond By Date | Response deadline — highlighted once overdue. |
| BC Sales Order No. | Linked BC sales order. |
| BC Order Cancelled | Shows whether the BC sales order has already been cancelled. |
On the cancellation card the status is colour-coded: green (Approved/Completed), red (Rejected), yellow (Requested/Pending).
Actions

| Sync Cancellations | Imports cancellation requests from eBay. |
| Approve | Approves a buyer-initiated cancellation — the order is refunded. |
| Reject | Rejects a buyer-initiated cancellation. |
| Cancel BC Sales Order | Cancels the linked BC sales order (only while nothing has shipped yet). |
| Refresh from eBay | Refreshes the data from eBay. |
| Show eBay Order / Show Sales Order | Navigate to the eBay order or the BC document. |
Approve and Reject are only available for buyer-initiated requests in the Requested/Pending states.
Seller-initiated cancellation
To cancel an order on your own initiative (e.g. stock errors), use Cancel Order on the order card — including selection of the cancellation reason.
Automation

CANCELLATIONSentry (eBay: Sync Cancellations) runs every 30 minutes by default. - Webhooks: The
CANCELLATION_REQUESTEDtopic fetches new requests immediately (notifications).
Tips
BC order linked automatically
The connector links cancellations to the BC sales order automatically via the eBay order. Cancel BC Sales Order lets you clean up the BC document straight from the cancellation list.
Mind the sequence
Decide the cancellation on eBay first (Approve/Reject), then cancel the BC sales order — this keeps eBay and Business Central consistent.
