eBay Campaigns (Promoted Listings)
The eBay Campaigns page shows your Promoted Listings campaigns from the eBay advertising program (Sell Marketing API). You see status, ads and performance metrics — including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) — directly in Business Central.

Fields (campaign list)
| Field | Description |

| Campaign ID / Campaign Name | eBay campaign. |
| Status | Campaign status — colour-coded: green (Running), yellow (Paused), grey (Ended). |
| Default Bid Percentage | Default ad rate in percent. |
| Active Ads | Number of active ads. |
| Total Impressions / Total Clicks | Reach metrics across all ads. |
| Total Spend | Total advertising cost. |
| Total Sales | Revenue from promoted sales. |
| ROAS | Return on Ad Spend (Total Sales / Total Spend) — green from 3, red below 1. |
Campaign card
The card additionally shows the schedule (start/end date) and marketplace, plus the embedded ad list with metrics per listing: impressions, clicks, click rate, items sold, total spend and amount sold.
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Sync Campaigns | Fetches all campaigns from eBay (list). |
| Sync Performance | Fetches the campaign's performance metrics and calculates ROAS. |
| Sync Ads | Fetches all ads of the campaign (card). |
| Pause / Resume | Pauses the running campaign or resumes the paused one. |
| End Campaign | Ends the campaign permanently — cannot be undone. |
Automation
Campaigns can be refreshed via the dashboard action Sync Campaigns or the job queue operation type CAMPAIGNS.
Tips
ROAS as steering metric
A ROAS of 3 means every euro of ad spend generates 3 euros of revenue. Campaigns with a ROAS below 1 (red) cost more than they earn — candidates for Pause or a lower ad rate.
Active campaigns at a glance
The Active Campaigns cue on the dashboard shows the number of running campaigns.
