eBay Order Card
The eBay Order Card shows all details of an eBay order — including the tax breakdown, buyer and shipping data, and the lines. From here you trigger refunds and seller-initiated cancellations.

Fields

| Payment Method | Payment method. | |
| Refund | Refund Status / Refund Amount | Visible once a refund has been issued. |
| Import | Import Error | Error message from the order import (red). |
The Order Lines section shows the lines with tax and shipping share per line.
Actions

| Issue Full Refund | Refunds the entire order. |
| Issue Partial Refund | Refunds a freely chosen partial amount. |
| Cancel Order | Triggers a seller-initiated cancellation with reason selection (cancellations). |
| Open Sales Order | Opens the linked BC sales order. |
| Payment Disputes / Cancellations | Opens the order's related disputes or cancellations. |
Tips
Partial vs. full refund
Issue Partial Refund asks for the amount in a dialog and validates it against the order total. Both refund paths write the refund ID and status back to the order.
Marketplace facilitator tax
eBay Collected Tax shows taxes that eBay collects and remits directly — they are not part of your revenue.
