merchantCENTRAL
The merchantCENTRAL tile group sums up the key figures of all connected marketplaces, suppliers and shipment providers. It appears in the Business Manager and Order Processor role centers. Choosing a tile opens exactly the records it counts.

Marketplace Status

Orders

| Shipped Orders Today | Orders shipped in full or in part today. |
| Errors Today | Orders whose import failed today. |
| Shipments Due Today | Sales orders that are not completely shipped and whose latest ship date is today. |
| Shipments Overdue | Sales orders that are not completely shipped although their latest ship date has passed. |
Ship deadlines
The latest ship date is set by the marketplace; the order import writes it to the sales order and to the marketplace order. A late shipment counts against your seller account – Amazon suspends from a late shipment rate of 4 %. That makes these two tiles the numbers that belong at zero every morning.
- Counted are sales orders with a latest ship date that are not completely shipped, whatever their status.
- Orders without a latest ship date never count.
- Choosing a tile opens the sales order list, filtered to exactly these orders.
The same two numbers appear on the Dashboard in the Waiting for you card as soon as they are above zero.
Revenue
