eBay Item List
The eBay Items page shows all items of the central item pool assigned to the eBay channel — with listing status, current price and quantity on eBay, and the sync flags for the next run.
Open the page
- Via search: eBay Items
- Via the eBay dashboard → Item List
Fields

| Item No. / Title | BC item number and eBay listing title. |
| Item Online | Whether the listing is published on eBay. |
| eBay Listing ID | The eBay listing number. |
| Current Price / Current Quantity | Current price and quantity on eBay. |
| Condition | Item condition. |
| Update Item / Update Price / Update Inventory | Flags: what is transferred on the next sync? |
| Last Sync Date | Last successful sync. |
| Last Sync Error | Last error message (red). |
On the right, two FactBoxes show the item details and the listing issues of the selected item.
Views
Predefined filters ease daily work: All Items, Published, Not Published, Pending Sync and With Errors.
Actions

| Sync Selected Items | Marks the selected items for the next sync run. |
| Sync All Items Now | Immediately syncs all pending items to eBay. |
Tips
Items come from the hub
The list is based on merchantCENTRAL's central marketplace item pool. New items are assigned to the eBay channel via the hub; the eBay-specific data is then maintained on the item card.
