eBay Item List
The eBay Items page shows all items of the central item pool assigned to the eBay channel — with listing status, current price and quantity on eBay, and the sync flags for the next run.

Fields

On the right, two FactBoxes show the item details and the listing issues of the selected item.
Views
Predefined filters ease daily work: All Items, Published, Not Published, Pending Sync and With Errors.
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Mark for Upload | Sets Update Item, Update Price and Update Inventory for the selected items: item data, price and quantity go to eBay with the next upload. The action asks with the number of selected items and reports the result at the end; nothing is sent yet. |
| Upload Items | Immediately sends the pending item data of all items marked for upload to eBay (after a confirmation). |
| Upload Images to eBay | Sends the pictures of the selected items, as selected for the respective sales channel in merchantCENTRAL (product images), to their inventory items on eBay. |
| Download Images from eBay | Takes the pictures of the selected items over from eBay into the product pictures of their Business Central items. Pictures an item already has are not added twice; nothing is deleted. |
The picture actions (group Images) are bulk actions: they ask for confirmation with the number of selected items, show progress and the result at the end. They act only on rows with an inventory item of their own on eBay — with an eBay SKU and not the parent of a variant group; other rows are skipped. For a single item the same actions are available on the item card.
Tips
Items come from the hub
The list is based on merchantCENTRAL's central marketplace item pool. New items are assigned to the eBay channel via the hub; the eBay-specific data is then maintained on the item card. Listings that already exist on eBay are assigned via the eBay listings.
One row per country
When an item is listed in several eBay countries, it has a row of its own per country with an eBay SKU of its own (e.g. 4711-DE and 4711-AT) — see eBay SKU per country.
