eBay Offers to Interested Buyers
The eBay Negotiation Offers page shows listings for which eBay allows sending price offers to interested buyers (Negotiation API). You actively approach buyers who are watching your items — an effective lever to turn interest into sales.

Fields

| Listing ID / Listing Title / SKU | The eBay listing. |
| Status | Offer status — colour-coded: yellow (Pending), green (Accepted), red (Declined/Expired). |
| Interested Buyers | Number of buyers who have shown interest (watchlist/bid). |
| Original Price | Current listing price. |
| Offer Price | The discounted offer price — editable here. |
| Discount % | Discount percentage relative to the original price. |
| Quantity | Quantity offered — editable. |
| Offered At / Expires At | When the offer was sent and when it expires. |
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Sync Eligible Items | Fetches all listings eligible for offers from eBay. |
| Send Offer | Sends the entered offer price to all interested buyers of the listing. |
Workflow
- Run Sync Eligible Items — the list fills with eligible listings including the number of interested buyers.
- Enter the Offer Price (and, if needed, Quantity) directly in the row.
- Send Offer — eBay delivers the offer to all interested buyers; the status changes to Pending.
Tips
Where is an offer worthwhile?
Sort by Interested Buyers — listings with many watchers have the highest conversion probability.
Open offers
The Pending Offers cue on the dashboard shows how many offers are awaiting a buyer response.
