Setup Wizard
The Conrad Connector Setup Wizard guides you through the initial setup of the Conrad connector in four simple steps.
Starting the Wizard
- Via search: Conrad Connector Setup
- Via BC standard path: Assisted Setup → Conrad Connector Setup
Steps
Step 1: Welcome
Overview of the wizard and what will be configured:
- API credentials
- Connection test
- Readiness for order, item, and tracking synchronization
Step 2: API Configuration
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Shop ID | Your Conrad marketplace shop ID from the Mirakl Seller Panel. |
| API Base URL | The base URL for the Conrad Mirakl API (e.g. https://conrad-marketplace.mirakl.net/api). |
| API Key | Your API key from the Seller Panel. Stored securely in IsolatedStorage. |
Step 3: Connection Test
The wizard automatically tests the entered credentials against the Mirakl API. On success, you see a confirmation — on failure, you can correct the input.
Step 4: Finish
Summary of the configuration with a link to the full Setup Card for advanced settings.
After the Wizard
After completing the wizard, we recommend:
- Open the Setup Card for advanced settings (Vendor Filter, Debug, Notifications).
- Configure Shops if you manage multiple Conrad sub-accounts.
- Sync Categories for product upload.
- Set up Job Queue for automatic order import.
Tips
Finding the API Key
In the Conrad Seller Panel (Mirakl Connect), find the API Key under: Settings → API Keys. Create a new key if needed.
Multiple Shops
If you operate different country shops (e.g. CONRAD-DE, CONRAD-AT), you can add more shops in the Shop Management after the wizard.
