Evaluations
The Conrad Evaluations page displays all customer ratings synchronized via the Mirakl API.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Conrad Evaluations
- Via the Conrad Dashboard → Evaluations
Fields
| Field | Description |

| Evaluation Id | The unique evaluation ID from the Mirakl platform. |
| Order Id | The related order ID. |
| Grade | Customer rating (1–5 stars). |
| First Name | Customer first name. |
| Last Name | Customer last name. |
| Comment | Free-text customer comment. |
| Evaluation Date | Date the evaluation was submitted. |
| Visible | Whether the evaluation is visible on the marketplace. |
| Assessment Summary | Summary of the assessment criteria ratings. |
Actions

| Sync Evaluations | Fetches the latest evaluations from the Conrad/Mirakl API (EV01/EV03). |
Color Coding
| Grade | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 4–5 ★ | Green | Positive rating |
| 3 ★ | Default | Neutral rating |
| 1–2 ★ | Red | Negative rating |
Tips
Negative Reviews
Respond promptly to low ratings. Check the related order via the Order ID and resolve any issues directly through the messaging feature.
Seller Performance
Your overall rating contributes to Seller Performance. Maintain an average of at least 4 stars for optimal listing placement.
