Conrad Repricing Rules

The Conrad Repricing Rules page allows you to configure automatic price adjustments based on competitor data.

Opening the Page

  • Via search: Conrad Repricing Rules
  • Via the Conrad Dashboard → Repricing Rules

Fields

Field Description
Enabled Specifies whether this rule is active.
Priority Rule priority. Lower numbers are evaluated first.
Description Description of the repricing rule.
Strategy The repricing strategy used (see below).
Item No. Filter Optional: Rule for a specific item only.
Category Code Filter Optional: Rule for a Conrad category.
Undercut Amount Amount to undercut the lowest competitor.
Margin % Target margin for the "Fixed Margin %" strategy.
Min Price Absolute price floor (margin protection).
Max Price Absolute price ceiling.

Strategies

Strategy Description
Undercut Lowest Undercuts the lowest competitor by the configured amount.
Match Lowest Matches the price exactly to the lowest competitor.
Fixed Margin % Calculates price based on purchase price plus fixed margin.
Target Position Targets a specific competitive position.

Actions

Action Description
Run Repricing Manually runs the repricing engine and applies all active rules.
Show Log Opens the repricing log with all price changes.

Repricing Log

The Conrad Repricing Log page shows the complete history of all price changes:

Field Description
Date/Time Timestamp of the price adjustment.
Item No. Affected item.
Old Price Previous price.
New Price New price.
Result Result: Price Changed, Price Already Optimal, Below Minimum, Above Maximum.
Competitor Price Lowest competitor price at the time of adjustment.

Tips

Set Min/Max Boundaries

Always set a Min Price to protect your margin. The repricing engine will never go below this value, even if competitors are cheaper.

Priority System

When multiple rules apply to the same item, the rule with the lowest priority number wins. Item-specific rules should have higher priority (lower number) than category rules.

Automation

Set up a Job Queue entry to run the repricing engine regularly (e.g. every 4 hours). This automatically reacts to competitor price changes.
