DHL Dashboard
The DHL Dashboard is the central entry point for all DHL shipping functions. It provides a compact overview of the current status, KPIs, open issues, and quick access to all important actions.
Opening the Page
- Search for "DHL Dashboard" via the BC search bar (Alt+Q).
- Or: Open the Shipping Provider List and click "Dashboard" on the DHL entry.
Section Overview
The dashboard is organized into several information sections:
Provider Status

GoGreen Plus
DHL GoGreen Plus is the climate-neutral premium shipping service. The sustainability section shows what proportion of your shipments are sent climate-neutral. From August 2026, GoGreen Plus will be replaced by a successor product — the dashboard may display a notification about this.
Manifest (End of Day)

Troubleshooting

Tracking

Tracking Section
This section is only visible when shipment tracking is enabled in the DHL Setup. For setup details, see Shipment Tracking.
License

End of Day (Manifest) via Dashboard
The end-of-day closure can be performed directly from the dashboard:
- Review the count under "Unmanifested Labels".
- Click Close Out (Manifest).
- Confirm the prompt.
- After the manifest, a summary with the result is displayed.
To download the manifest PDF:
- Set the Download Date to the desired date.
- Click Download Manifest PDF.
- The PDF file is offered as a download.
Notifications
The dashboard can display automatic notifications when opened:

Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see tracking data?
The tracking section is only visible when "Tracking Enabled" is activated in the DHL Setup. See Setting up Shipment Tracking.
What does "Unmanifested Labels" mean?
Labels that have been created but not yet transmitted to DHL via end-of-day closure. DHL expects a daily manifest closure for all created labels.
How often is the dashboard refreshed?
The dashboard loads data fresh each time it is opened (RefreshOnActivate). While the page is open, you can manually refresh with F5 or the browser refresh.
