Shipment Labels
The Shipment Label List shows all created shipping labels across all shipping providers.
Opening the Page

Downloading labels in bulk
Select any number of rows and choose Download Labels (ZIP). The archive holds everything that travels with each shipment: shipping label, return label, COD label, customs document and QR code; multi-colli shipments contribute one label per carton. The summary reports the number of documents and lists shipments without a label document separately.
Typical use: handing a complete shipping run over to a fulfilment or logistics partner.
Works without a selection
With no multi-selection, the action applies to the current row. For individual documents, keep using Download Label.
Shipments in several cartons
When a shipment travels in several cartons, each carton has its own shipment number, its own label and its own delivery status. The row here shows the shipment as a whole.
- Which cartons belong to a shipment and how far each individual one has come is on the Packages FastTab of the shipment label card — with Delivery Status and Delivered Date/Time per carton.
- Across all shipments, the package list (search: Shipment Packages) shows the same, for instance to find every carton still outstanding.
What is in this package?
When the label is created, the contents of every package are recorded: item, quantity, weight and the customs data. Where the lines come from depends on what the label is for:

Either way, only the lines that travel with this carrier count. Where an item category is bound to a shipping agent, the line in question is only ever in that agent's package.
- On the Packages FastTab of the shipment label card, the Contents action opens the lines of the selected package — including the Sales Line No., the exact reference back to the order line.
- The same lines appear in the Contents FactBox of the package list, there across all shipments.
No contents recorded
With no document there is nothing to record: a label belonging to neither a posted shipment nor an order with a quantity to ship gets no content lines. The same goes for labels from before this feature existed. In that case the Contents action says so explicitly instead of showing an empty list.
