Supplier Data
The Supplier Data List shows all imported supplier data — prices, stock levels, and item information from all supplier connectors.
Opening the Page
- Via the Dashboard → Supplier Data
- Via the Supplier Card → View Data
- Or via search: Supplier Data
Fields

| Supplier | Source supplier. |
| Item No. | BC item number (if assigned). |
| Supplier Item No. | Supplier's own item number. |
| Description | Item description from the supplier. |
| Purchase Price | Net purchase price. |
| RRP | Recommended retail price. |
| Stock | Available quantity at the supplier. |
| Minimum Order Quantity | Smallest quantity the supplier accepts for this article, in the same unit as the price. Empty means the supplier states no minimum. It is an ordering condition and is never multiplied into the price. |
| Order Multiple | Steps the supplier delivers the article in (show the column via Personalise). |
| GTIN | EAN/GTIN barcode. |
| Manufacturer | Manufacturer name. |
| Status | Record status (Draft, Active, Archived). |
