Dashboard
The Icecat Dashboard (search for Icecat) is the module's daily view: what is cached, what is waiting, what needs a person. Every figure opens the records it counts.
Layout
Above the monitor, state banners appear when needed: setup incomplete, module switched off, or licence missing — including the way to the remedy. Below, the monitor summarises the situation:
| Section | Content |
|---|---|
| KPIs | Items enriched today (with a trend line over the past days), size of the cache |
| Content | Cached datasheets, enabled specifications |
| Work | Waiting queue entries, items without a match |
| Machinery | State of the background job, last run, active languages |
Actions
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Process Queue Now | Works off the due entries immediately. If nothing happens, the message names the reason: queue empty, or everything is waiting out a re-check |
| Coverage by Brand | Opens the coverage report |
| Cached Content | Opens the content list |
| Enrichment Queue | Opens the queue |
The dashboard deliberately carries no setup actions — account, scope and throttling live on the setup card.
Icecat on the merchantCENTRAL Dashboard
On the central merchantCENTRAL Dashboard, Icecat carries its own tile group in the Platform Modules section:
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Items with Content | Item/language combinations with a matched datasheet |
| Waiting in Queue | What waits for the next run |
| Lookups Gave Up | Failed entries that need a manual reset |
Each tile opens the list behind it; the Open Icecat Dashboard action jumps into the daily view. The group appears automatically with the installation and vanishes with it. If the module is switched off via Enabled, the tiles turn grey instead of disappearing — you should recognise that you switched it off yourself.
In addition, Icecat reports two conditions into the merchantCENTRAL dashboard's central attention list: lookups that gave up and a stalled queue (due entries that have not moved for hours — typical for a stopped job or a lapsed licence).
