Conrad Incidents

The Conrad Incidents page displays all marketplace incidents (claims, disputes) reported through the Mirakl platform.

Opening the Page

  • Via search: Conrad Incidents
  • Via the Conrad Dashboard → Incidents

Fields

Field Description
Incident Id Unique Mirakl incident number.
Status Current status: Open, Waiting Seller, Waiting Operator, Closed.
Requires Action Indicates whether seller action is required.
Order Id The related Conrad order number.
Reason Label Reason for the incident (e.g. Not received, Damaged).
Customer Name Name of the customer who filed the incident.
Created Date Date when the incident was created.
Last Updated Date of the last update.

Actions

Action Description
Sync Incidents Imports current incidents from Conrad/Mirakl (IN01).
Open Order Opens the related Conrad order.

Tips

Action Required

Pay special attention to incidents with Requires Action = Yes. These must be addressed within the timeframe specified by Conrad to avoid penalties.

Automatic Sync

Set up a Job Queue entry to synchronize incidents regularly. This ensures you never miss time-critical claims.
