Import Tracker
The Import Tracker page shows the status of all product and offer uploads sent to the Mirakl platform.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Import Tracker
- Via the Conrad Dashboard → Import Tracker
- After an upload, automatically via the "Check Import Status" action
Fields
| Field | Description |

| Entry No. | Unique entry number of the import tracker record. |
| Import Type | Type of import (Offer or Product). |
| Import ID | The import ID returned by the Mirakl API. |
| Status | Current status of the import (Pending, Complete, Failed). |
| Lines Read | Total number of lines read from the import file. |
| Lines in Success | Number of lines imported successfully. |
| Lines in Error | Number of lines that failed to import. |
| Lines in Pending | Number of lines still pending. |
| Has Error Report | Whether an error report is available for download. |
| Error Message | Error message if the import failed. |
| Created At | When the import was initiated. |
| Last Checked At | When the import status was last checked. |
Status Display
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Default | Import is being processed |
| Complete | Green | Import completed successfully |
| Failed | Red | Import failed |
Actions
| Action | Description |

| Refresh Status | Checks the current status of all open imports at the Mirakl API. |
| Download Error Report | Downloads the error report (if available). |
Tips
Error Analysis
For failed lines, download the Error Report. It contains the exact error messages per line (e.g. missing required attributes, invalid EAN).
Automatic Checking
The Import Tracker automatically checks running imports. You can manually refresh the status at any time via "Refresh Status".
