ITScope Dashboard

The dashboard is the page for daily work with the ITscope connector. Setup deliberately does not happen here — it runs via the supplier card and the setup wizard.

Import Overview

The central supplier monitor shows the key figures of the last import:

Tile	Meaning
Total offers	All imported distributor offers, with the number of distributors
In stock	Offers with available stock
With price	Offers with a net price
Linked to BC item	Offers assigned to a Business Central item — only these are visible to the price engine
Distributors active	Active vendor mappings; below it the number of distributors still waiting for an assignment
New manufacturers	Manufacturers that entered the catalog since the last review

The section "Last import — where did the lines go?" breaks down why lines were skipped (no distributor assigned, manufacturer filter, unreadable lines, without product master).

Action	Description
Execute Import	Runs all active ITscope imports (full and update export)
Import from File	Feeds in a manually downloaded export ZIP
Supplier Data	Opens the imported offers (filtered to ITSCOPE)
Orders	Opens the ITscope orders with their cart and deal status

ITscope throttles repeated downloads

ITscope builds the export when the link is called and throttles too many downloads in a row — up to locking the account. For test and repeat runs, download the export ZIP once in the browser and feed it in via Import from File as often as needed.

The download waits up to five minutes

Business Central online caps the wait time of a download at five minutes. If ITscope needs longer to build the full export, the import reports a timeout — wait briefly and run again (the file built in the meantime then arrives in seconds), or use the file import.
