ITscope Dashboard
The dashboard is the page for daily work with the ITscope connector. Nothing is set up here on purpose — setup runs through the supplier card, the ITscope settings and the setup wizard.

Getting Started
As long as the full export link is missing, a note at the top says that setup is incomplete — with the way to the supplier card and to the assisted setup.
Import Overview
The hub's supplier monitor, filtered to ITscope:

Notes above the tiles report, for example, new manufacturers not yet reviewed while the manufacturer filter is on. Below the tiles follow:
- Last import — where did the lines go? The breakdown of the last run: Written, No distributor assigned, Manufacturer not selected and Unusable lines — the latter including offers listed twice — plus how many lines had no match in the product master.
- Who delivers the range — the distributors with the most offers, and how many mapped distributors delivered nothing.
- Data quality — the share of offers with net price, stock, GTIN/EAN and manufacturer part number.
- The status per import definition — time and records of the last run; for a run that wrote no offer or failed, with the way to the cause.
Orders and API
Only with API Functions (Preview) switched on. The figures and the card Where the orders stand do not count test orders.

The card Where the orders stand splits the orders into Cart/Ready to send, Sent, Confirmed, Shipped, Invoiced and Cancelled. If there are orders in status Send Unconfirmed, or orders that never reached a distributor, a note below says what to do.
The card Connection and sync shows:

Every figure can be clicked and opens the matching list.
License
The License FactBox shows the license status of the module ITSCOPE and offers Register Demo while the module is not registered yet.

Both import actions run their import definition only while it is active. If it is switched off, the message says so instead of silently doing nothing — see Import Setup.
ITscope throttles repeated downloads
ITscope builds the export when the link is called and throttles too many downloads in a row — up to locking the account. For test and repeat runs, download the export ZIP once in the browser and feed it in with Import from File as often as needed.
A download waits up to five minutes
Business Central online waits at most five minutes for a download. If ITscope needs longer to build the full export, the import reports an error — wait briefly and run it again (the file built in the meantime then arrives in seconds), or use the file import.
