The Import Wrote Nothing
The result message ITscope - Import says why — and the import overview on the dashboard shows the same breakdown as a chart. The most common causes:

Messages During the Download

Ordering and Document Feedback

Further Frequent Questions
Why is an offer in status Draft? The last full export no longer contained it. It becomes active again as soon as an export contains it again.
Why has an offer no item? There is no item yet with the same GTIN or the same manufacturer part number at the same manufacturer. Create it, or maintain GTIN or manufacturer part number on the existing item; the next import binds the offer.
Why is an accessory relation missing? One of the two sides is not carried by any mapped distributor. The result message counts such relations as Skipped (not offered by a distributor).
Why does the project price not apply? Check the work date — validity is measured against it, not against the calendar — and the minimum quantity: project prices with a minimum quantity above 1 are recorded but not priced in.
The settings have no effect. Is ITscope switched on? The ITscope Connection Setup shows it in the field Module Activation.
How often may I download the export? ITscope throttles repeated downloads and can lock the account. For tests and repeats: download once in the browser, then Import from File.
Can I try the connector without an ITscope account? Yes — with the sample exports.
