Setup (ITscope Settings)
All settings of the connector appear in two places with the same content: in the ITscope Settings part on the central merchantCENTRAL supplier card, and on the page ITscope Connection Setup of its own.
Opening the Page
- Supplier card: search Suppliers → line
ITSCOPE→ part ITscope Settings. The two import sections sit below it. - ITscope Connection Setup: search ITscope Connection Setup. The page adds the field Module Activation, the License FactBox and further actions (see below).
Setting up needs the permission set ITscope Connector Admin (ALN MCIS Admin); with ITscope Connector User (ALN MCIS User) the settings are read-only.
API Functions (Preview)
The switch API Functions (Preview) unlocks everything that runs over the ITscope REST API: cart, binding order and document feedback. It is off by default. Leave it off if you have no API contract with ITscope — catalog import, prices, stock and project prices work completely without it. Without the switch, the groups Connection, Ordering and Document Feedback stay hidden.
Connection
Visible only with the API functions switched on.

Export Download Links
The two links come from your ITscope export configuration (Share). They are credentials: ITscope embeds an access token in the address. The connector therefore stores them encrypted in the hub's credential store and never shows them again after entry — only the status Configured or Not configured is visible, together with size and time of the last download.

To enter or change a link, click its status; the dialog takes the link and encrypts it right away. A new link overwrites the old one.
Swapped links
If the Update Export URL shows the addition "WARNING: this download was almost as large as the full export" after a run, the full export link is probably stored there. The update export is normally a fraction of the full export. The update import rejects a full export anyway and imports nothing; enter both links again.
Ordering
Visible only with the API functions switched on; the details are under Orders.

Document Feedback
Visible only with the API functions switched on. The group controls whether and how often the connector fetches the distributors' answers, and what it does with them in your documents:
- Enable Deal Sync and Deal Sync Interval (Minutes) (default 60, at least 5)
- the eight switches of the document automation, such as Auto Update Purchase Order or Auto Post Receipt
- the item charges for freight, insurance and other surcharges
- Discovery Window (Days) for orders the connector did not send — carts someone ordered from in ITscope, for instance (default 90, 0 = off)

Actions

Licensed and switched on are two things
The settings only take effect once ITscope is switched on in the hub — on the supplier card with the field Enabled; switching it on makes the hub check the license. The setup wizard switches ITscope on when it finishes. The ITscope Connection Setup shows the state in the field Module Activation.
