Setup (ITScope Settings)
The ITscope settings live on the central merchantCENTRAL supplier card (ITSCOPE line) and — as a standalone card — under ITScope Connection Setup. Both show the same content.
Export Download Links
Both links come from your ITscope export configuration. They are credentials: ITscope embeds an access token in the URL. The links are therefore stored encrypted in the central credential store and never displayed again after entry — only the status is visible ("Configured" / "Not configured").
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Full Export URL | ZIP with product.csv (product master), supplierItem.csv (offers) and project.csv (project prices) |
| Update Export URL | Small ZIP, prices and stock only — for frequent refreshes |
Click the status to enter or change a link; the input dialog takes the link and encrypts it immediately.
API Functions (Preview)
Off by default. Only relevant if you have an API contract with ITscope and want to use the supplier cart or order preparation:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| API Functions (Preview) | Enables cart/ordering; the catalog import does not depend on it |
| Account ID | Your ITscope account ID for Basic authentication |
| API Key | Stored encrypted; enter via click on the status |
| Base URL | ITscope REST API (default: https://api.itscope.com/2.1) |
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Test Connection | Checks the update link (answers in seconds). The full export link is deliberately not tested — ITscope builds the export on demand, and the first import checks it anyway |
| Rehost Product Images | Downloads product images of resolved items into the central media storage |
| Delete Credentials | Removes the API key and both download links from this company |
Import Definitions
Below the settings sit the two import sections Full Import and Update Import with an active switch, the status of the last run and the actions Execute Import / Import from File per definition.
Setting up and switching on are two separate steps
The wizard configures the connection and activates the import definitions — the supplier itself is switched on separately via "Enabled" on the supplier card. This way a half-finished configuration never starts importing on its own.
