Setup (Reference)

The MC Warehouse Client Setup page contains all global settings of the Warehouse Client. It is the reference behind the Setup Wizard – here you also change settings after the fact.

Open: Search (Alt+Q) → MC Warehouse Client Setup.

Global defaults vs. terminal overrides

Modules

Global activation of the 15 modules (overridable per terminal):

Enable Goods Receipt · Enable Goods Issue · Enable Pick List · Enable Item Lookup · Enable Warehouse Activity · Enable Putaway · Enable Complaint · Enable Return · Enable Label Print · Enable Item Weighing · Enable Photo Capture · Enable Transfer · Enable Inventory Count · Enable Bin Put-away · Enable Bin Replenishment.

Picking modules follow the Warehouse Mode

Enable Pick List is only allowed with Warehouse Mode "Order Picking", Enable Warehouse Activity only with "BC Warehouse Picks" – a conflicting toggle is rejected.

→ Meaning of the individual modules: Warehouse Client – Overview · Stock Transfer, Inventory & Bins.

Actions

Action Effect
Cleanup Scan Log Deletes scan logs older than the retention period (with confirmation)
Cleanup Expired Locks Removes expired document locks (with confirmation)

Automate cleanup

Scan logs are cleaned up based on the retention period anyway. The Cleanup Expired Locks action helps when a terminal has crashed and a lock is "stuck".

License Info Box

The setup card additionally shows the license status: current status, maximum number of terminals, currently active terminals, and the license/demo period. Details and actions: Licensing & Modules.
