Dashboard & KPIs
The Warehouse Client Dashboard is the control center for daily work in the warehouse. In the Warehouse Today area it shows the day's KPIs, the outstanding work, the state of the terminals and the performance – below it the Terminal Overview and on the right the license info box.
Open: Search (Alt+Q) → Warehouse Client Dashboard. The figures are calculated when the
page opens; the Refresh action recalculates them.
Daily work only
The dashboard contains no setup functions – setup runs exclusively via the setup page or the extension card in the Hub and the Setup Wizard. If the module is not active or not licensed, the dashboard shows the Getting Started notice at the top.
KPIs
Four tiles with the figures the day is run on:

Outstanding work
A bar shows what the floor still has to clear – in the order of the work:

If open picks have been waiting since the previous day, the note "… picks waiting since yesterday" appears as well. If nothing is outstanding, the card reports a clear floor.
Terminals & locks

Idle threshold
When a terminal counts as idle is controlled by Terminal Idle Minutes (default 5) – set in the Setup Wizard. Expired locks block documents nobody is working on: resolve them with Cleanup Expired Locks on the setup page.
Performance today

Drill-downs
The KPI tiles, the outstanding-work segments, the note on waiting picks as well as Scan error rate and Shipments per hour open exactly the list that was counted with a click (e.g. today's shipments or the failed scans).
Terminal overview & license
Below Warehouse Today the dashboard shows the Terminal Overview (terminal code, description, location code, terminal type, enabled, active user ID, last activity) and the license status of the module in the License info box.

Clean up the scan log
The scan log grows quickly in continuous operation. Create a job queue entry for codeunit 73355160 for the cleanup – see Setup (Reference).
How to use the dashboard
- In the morning: Check Ready to ship and Open picks – estimate the daily workload.
- Throughout the day: Watch the Scan error rate – rising values point to wrong barcodes, training needs or master-data errors.
- Utilization: Terminals & locks shows whether all packing stations are staffed and whether locks are stuck.
- "Per hour" figure looks wrong? Set the Workday Start Time in the setup to the start of the shift.
