Dashboard & KPIs

The MC Warehouse Dashboard is the central control-center view for the warehouse. It bundles live KPIs (cues) on throughput, pending work, quality, performance and terminal utilization, along with a terminal overview.

Open: Search (Alt+Q) → MC Warehouse Dashboard. The KPIs are calculated when the page is opened – refresh the page to see the latest state.

Terminal overview & license

Below the cues, the dashboard shows the terminal overview (code, description, last user, last activity) and the license status (status, active terminals, license/demo period). From here you jump directly into the terminal management.

How to use the dashboard

  • In the morning: Check Ready to Ship and Open Picks – estimate the daily workload.
  • Throughout the day: Watch Failed Scans and Scan Error Rate – rising values point to wrong barcodes, training needs or master-data errors.
  • Utilization: Terminals Online/Idle shows whether all packing stations are staffed.
  • Quality: Keep Overdue Picks and Open Complaints low.
