Collection Requests
With a collection request DPD Austria picks up parcels at any address and delivers them to another address. The classic use case: a customer return that DPD collects directly at your customer's door and brings to your warehouse.

The pickup location only needs to have the parcel packed transport-safe — no label is required, the driver brings it along.
Creating a Collection Request
- Open DPD AT Collection Requests (search, or Dashboard → Collection Requests) and create a new request
- Fill in the card:

Pickup Address — where DPD collects (name, street, post code, city, country are mandatory; email for Predict)
Delivery Address — where DPD delivers. The action Delivery Address from Company fills it with your company address in one click — the standard case for returns.

Status and Rules
Same as for pickup requests: Open → freely editable, Sent → confirmed by DPD AT, immutable and not deletable, Error → correctable via Reset to Open.
Product rules
The connector validates the combination before sending: DPD collections allow only Small/Normal Parcel, primetime collections only the workday windows — Saturday windows and B2C are not available for collections (WEB.Service requirement).
