Setup (Reference)

All settings of the DPD Austria connector in detail. You find the setup on the Shipment Provider Card (hub → Shipment Providers → DPDAT); the fastest way through the initial configuration is the setup wizard.

Authentication

Field Meaning

Use Test Account Fills username, mandant, and MD5 password with the public DPD AT test account. Testing with fictional recipient data only — see Initial Setup
Username Your 9-digit WEB.Service username from the IT-Kundenberatung
Mandant Your client number (usually 1)
MD5 Password Click opens the secure input. Shows Configured (green) or Not configured (red). Only the MD5 hash is stored — encrypted, never in plaintext

By default DPD AT prints the address stored in your DPD account. Fill these fields only if the label should show a different sender address — e.g. when shipping for a branch office.

Shipper Phone Required by DPD AT for some products and destination countries

Status

The read-only fields Last Label Created, Labels Created Today, Last Self-Booking List, Last Error Message, and Last Error Date/Time show the operating state — the same information is more conveniently available on the dashboard.

License

The provider card's license FactBox shows license status, demo expiry, and remaining days. Register Demo starts the free trial period, Refresh License synchronizes the status with the license server.
