Price Cockpit

The workplace of the pricing owner: one row per item and sales channel with everything a decision needs — cost, price, margin, status, competitor price, campaign price, last calculation. Open the cockpit by searching for Price Cockpit or from the merchantCENTRAL dashboard.

The traffic-light status

Status Color Meaning
Active green Cost basis present, price published — the normal case
Rejected red The latest calculation failed a safety limit — the old price is still in force
No Sales Price red Cost basis present but no sales price yet — revenue is being given away here
Fixed yellow Manually fixed (with expiry date) — the engine waits
No Offer gray A price exists, but the cost source no longer delivers

The views

The predefined views answer the morning questions: Rejected · Offer without sales price · Change > 10 % · Below minimum margin · Fixed · No offer.

Actions

Action Effect
Recalculate Prices recalculate the selected rows immediately
Fix Price / Remove Fix freeze selected prices until a date (with a reason) — the engine never touches fixed prices on any path
Set Promotion Price place a bounded campaign price (from/to) next to the regular price; after it ends the regular price applies again, and the engine never overwrites running promotions
Price Explanation the calculation waterfall for the selected item
Price History every calculation of the item on this list
Open Item jump to the item card

The engine speaks up itself

If rejections pile up after a run, a notification with a jump into the rejected log entries appears automatically — set the threshold on the setup card, switch it off via My Notifications.

KPI tiles on the dashboard

On the merchantCENTRAL dashboard the engine shows its key figures with drill-down into the matching list: Items in queue · Rejected today · Calculated today · Changes > 10 % today · Active price fixes · Offers without price · Below minimum margin. The two coverage tiles refresh with every cockpit build.

On the item card, the FactBox Calculated Prices shows price, margin, and status per channel — right where you already are.
