eBay Payouts
The eBay Payouts page shows all payouts eBay has transferred to your bank account. The data comes from the eBay Sell Finances API and makes the payment flow traceable from order to bank.
Open the page
- Via search: eBay Payouts
- Via the eBay dashboard → Payouts
Fields

| Payout ID | Unique eBay payout ID. |
| Status | Payout status (Initiated, Succeeded, Retryable Failure, Terminal Failure). |
| Amount / Currency Code | Payout amount and currency. |
| Payout Date | Date the payout was initiated. |
| Transaction Count | Number of transactions included. |
| Payout Instrument Type | Payout method (e.g. bank account). |
| Bank Account Last 4 | Last 4 digits of the receiving account. |
| Imported At | When the payout was imported into Business Central. |
Actions

| Sync Payouts | Imports payouts from eBay. |
| Sync Transactions for Payout | Fetches all transactions belonging to the selected payout. |
| Transactions | Opens the transaction list filtered to the selected payout. |
Automation
The FINANCE job queue entry (eBay: Sync Finances) imports payouts and transactions once a day by default.
Tips
Break down a payout
Use Transactions to see every sale, fee and refund included in a payout — with the net amount per transaction. This lets you reconcile each eBay transfer line by line.
