Ingram Micro Dashboard
The dashboard is the entry point for the daily work with the Ingram Micro connector. Setup deliberately does not happen here but on the Ingram Micro Setup page and the Hub's Supplier Card.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Ingram Micro Dashboard
- Via the Role Center navigation: Ingram Micro (Business Manager, Order Processor, Sales & Relationship Manager)
- Via the Hub's Supplier List
Layout
"Getting Started" note
As long as credentials or the customer number are missing, the dashboard shows a note that leads to the setup. It disappears once the setup is complete.
Import Overview
The Hub monitor shows the state of the price list and availability imports: last run, record counters, errors and the import funnel (read / imported / skipped by the manufacturer selection / set to draft).
"Orders and API" section

| Orders in progress | Transmitted orders that are not yet completed or cancelled, with a month-over-month comparison |
| Simulations | Orders that were only simulated and never transmitted to Ingram Micro |
| Where the orders stand | Status bar across all transmitted orders (Submitted → Processing → Backordered → Shipped → Completed → Cancelled) |
| Connection and sync | API status, mode (Simulation / Live), last and next sync, interval |
Orders in status Error appear as a note row — the reason is in Last Error Message on the order. Every figure is clickable and opens the matching filtered list.
Simulation mode
As long as Simulation Mode is on, the connection card shows Simulation in yellow. Orders are then recorded in Business Central only and never transmitted to Ingram Micro.

Actions

| Refresh All Open Orders | Asks Ingram about every order that is not completed, right away — with a progress dialog. Never posts. |
| Execute Import | Runs the supplier's active imports. |
| Run Stock Import | Refreshes price and stock of known articles through the API. |
| Orders | Opens the Ingram Micro Orders. |
| Invoices | Opens the Ingram Micro Invoices. |
| Serial Numbers | Opens the Ingram Micro Serial Numbers. |
| Supplier Data | Opens the Hub's Supplier Data. |
| Import Log | Opens the Hub's supplier import log. |
