Kaufland Storefront Configuration
List view of all storefronts of the Kaufland connector. Each enabled storefront (e.g. DE, AT) is a sales channel of the merchantCENTRAL marketplace card: its orders, returns, and tickets are imported, and its offers get their stock and prices through this sales channel. The prices come from the sales price list of the sales channel, which is assigned on the marketplace card. You switch a single storefront on or off on the storefront card.
A newly created storefront is switched off – you decide which countries you sell in. Only the default storefront is switched on by the setup wizard itself when it finishes.

| Add All Storefronts | After confirmation, creates the Kaufland storefronts that are still missing from the list – switched off – and reports how many there were. Existing storefronts remain unchanged. Then switch on the storefronts on which you sell: each enabled storefront is a sales channel with its own price list, and its orders, returns, and tickets are imported. |
| Enable All | After confirmation, switches on all storefronts; their sales channels on the marketplace card follow. The message states how many storefronts were switched on and how many already were. |

Add All Storefronts, Enable All, and Disable All are only active for users who may change the storefronts.
Storefront and Sales Channel
Each enabled storefront is a sales channel of Kaufland on the merchantCENTRAL marketplace card. Storefront and sales channel are switched together in both directions:
- Switching a storefront on or off – on the storefront card or with Enable All / Disable All: the sales channel follows. If a storefront that is switched on does not have a sales channel yet, the sales channel is created.
- Switching the sales channel on or off on the marketplace card: the storefront follows – and with it the import of its offers, returns, and tickets.
- Opening the marketplace card: missing sales channels of storefronts that are switched on are created; otherwise, nothing changes.
If such a switch fails with an error, the next switch – here or on the marketplace card – works in both directions again.
Which storefronts the runs work through:
- Orders and the inventory and price syncs run per enabled sales channel; returns, tickets, offers, and import files per enabled storefront. Because of the coupling, this is the same selection.
- The default storefront of the Kaufland Setup only steps in as long as no storefront is set up yet. With all storefronts switched off, nothing is imported and nothing is sent.
- A Kaufland sales channel whose code is not a Kaufland storefront is not synced; the run counts as failed, and the Activity Log names the channel. Remove it from the marketplace card or enable the storefront it stands for.
