Kaufland Carrier Mapping
Kaufland accepts a shipment notice only with a carrier from its own list. On this page, you map a Business Central shipping agent to the Kaufland carrier – needed only where the code or name of the shipping agent does not reveal the carrier.

How the Carrier of a Shipment Notice Is Determined
- Mapping on this page, if there is one for the shipping agent.
- Code and name of the shipping agent: DHL, DHL Express, DPD, GLS, UPS, Hermes, Deutsche Post, Austrian Post, Rhenus, Chronopost, and the other common carriers are recognized by them – a shipping agent
DHLor a shipping agent named “DHL Paket” needs no mapping. The column Without Mapping shows what the result would be without a mapping. - Default Carrier of the Kaufland Setup, if neither a mapping nor the code or name helps, or the tracking number came without a shipping agent.
If the carrier stays empty, the shipment notice waits with a note in Error Message instead of being rejected by Kaufland. After a mapping, it goes out on the next run.
