Shopify Orders
Shows the Shopify orders of every shop in the same shape as those of every other channel. The order itself — lines, payments, refunds — stays on Microsoft's records, one click away.

How an order gets here
Microsoft's connector fetches the order and creates the sales order. At that moment merchantCENTRAL writes the channel row. From then on it follows every change to Microsoft's order: payment, fulfilment, cancellation.
- An order whose sales order was created while the shop was switched off gets its row with the next change.
- Shops that create invoices instead of orders do not appear here.
- Channel rows continue without a licence, so the cockpit stays complete.

Status
| Status | Meaning |

| New | No sales order yet |
| Imported | Sales order created |
| Partially Shipped / Shipped | From Shopify's fulfilment status or after posting |
| Invoiced | Invoice posted |
| Cancelled | Cancelled in Shopify — end state |
| Error | The import is stuck. Once the error clears, the actual state follows. A shipped order is not pulled back by a later error. |
Otherwise the status only moves forward. A posted shipment is not reset to "Imported" by a later message from Shopify.

Microsoft reports fulfilment
Fulfilment and tracking are reported to Shopify by Microsoft's connector. merchantCENTRAL only supplies the tracking link from the shipment modules and acknowledges the report in the hub — a second report would arrive twice.
